Guarantees
            Live Arrival – Night and Day Reptiles (NDR) guarantees that all animals will arrive alive and healthy.  If the animal is dead or sick the buyer (you) must contact NDR within four hours of receiving the order.  NDR will refund the purchase price of the animal if buyer’s claim is validated.  We will require proof in the form of the body of the animal or photos.  It will be at our discretion which one we prefer.
           
Satisfaction – If you are not satisfied with your animal for any reason you have 7 days from the time you receive the animal to return it to us in good health for a full refund of the purchase price.  Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.  Problems that arise beyond the 7 day guarantee will be considered on a case by case basis.
            It is our goal to make every transaction a pleasant experience.  If problems arise, rest assured that we will do our best to make it right.  Our reputation is important to us.
           
Shipping
            Night and Day Reptiles ships live animals on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.  We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. 
           
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to any foreign countries.
           
            Insure that you that you give us the correct address for delivery.  NDR is not responsible for any problems related to incorrect addresses and all guarantees will be null and void.

            Buyer must insure that someone is present to receive the package for the first delivery attempt.  If no one is there to sign for the package all guarantees are null and void.

Payments
            Night and Day Reptiles will accept Paypal, checks, or money orders.  Checks must clear the bank before we will send shipments.  Paypal deposits can be made to: Basil2712@aol.com
           
            To place an animal on hold a buyer must send a minimum of $50.00 within 48 hours of requesting the hold.  NDR will hold an animal for up to 1 month at which full payment is due.  If full payment is not received after 1 month the animal will be back up for sale and you will forfeit your payment.
